Taiwanese brands showcase recycled materials, EV safety products, smart consumer devices and home innovations for Philippine retailers and distributors
Taiwanese consumer brands combining sustainability, technology and practical design will showcase their products in Manila as the Premium Lifestyle Pavilion opens at Taiwan Expo 2026 from September 17 to 19.

The pavilion arrives as Philippine retailers compete for spending in a large but increasingly selective consumer market. Household consumption grew 2.8 percent year-on-year in the second quarter of 2026, while wholesale and retail trade, including motor vehicle and motorcycle repair, expanded by 4.6 percent and remained among the country’s main contributors to economic growth.
The environment creates opportunities for products that differentiate themselves through functionality, sustainability and technology rather than price alone.
At the Premium Lifestyle Pavilion, Taiwanese companies will showcase products ranging from rPET recycled fabric bags and electric vehicle safety blankets to micrometre towels, smart w*ne aerators and precision bathroom components.
Together, the products demonstrate how Taiwanese manufacturers are incorporating recycled materials, specialist engineering and smart technology into products for everyday household and lifestyle use.
The pavilion is relevant for Philippine retailers, department stores, e-commerce platforms, distributors, automotive businesses, home and design companies and consumer brands looking for new products and international suppliers.
Taiwan Expo’s previous edition demonstrated appetite for Taiwanese products and commercial partnerships in the Philippines. The 2025 event attracted more than 10,000 visitors and buyers and generated approximately US$53.4 million in business opportunities.
The 2026 Expo will again provide direct business matching opportunities between participating Taiwanese brands and Philippine importers, retailers, distributors and potential commercial partners.
