Updated flight schedules may be checked via the Cebu Pacific website, https://bit.ly/CEBFlightSchedules

We encourage passengers to manage their bookings online via our website, bit.ly/CEBmanageflight. Passengers on cancelled flights may choose to place the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund valid for two (2) years; full refund; or opt to rebook to any other travel date within three (3) months, free of charge.

This is a developing situation hence we need to have an agile approach to our network schedule. It may be necessary for us to add or cancel flights at the last minute given the fluidity of directives from the national and local government authorities.

We will provide updates through our website and official social media accounts and endeavor to inform our passengers in a timely manner.

We encourage guests to check the email addresses and contact numbers they provided upon booking for updates on their flights. Passengers who booked through travel agencies or any other third party are strongly urged to check with them for information regarding their flights before their travel dates.

Before going to the airport, please check for real-time Flight Status on our website https://bit.ly/CEBFlightStatusCheck. Do not go to the airport unless you have verified and confirmed your flight schedule.
