The Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) celebrates the life and legacy of former Prime Minister and Finance Minister Cesar E.A Virata, a distinguished statesman, economist, and educator whose vision and leadership in fiscal management and capital market development left an enduring impact to the nation and business community.
