Set in a premium resort in Davao, this immersive three-day escape brought together various media personalities, lifestyle tastemakers, and content creators for an experience designed to be lived and shared.
More than just a seasonal campaign launch, the getaway showcased the widely-loved Skechers Hands Free Slip-ins Sandals collection through curated itineraries such as sunrise yoga sessions, coastal preservation initiatives, and sunset parties. Each experience highlights how comfort can seamlessly move with you through every summer activity.
A standout moment of the experience was the pickleball-by-the-beach activity, where participants took part in friendly rallies right along the shoreline. It also became even more dynamic with participants sporting the widely popular Skechers Viper Court pickleball shoes. The footwear not only delivered comfort and performance on sand and court-like surfaces, but also amplified the fun, active lifestyle element of the activity, bringing the signature Skechers beach pickleball vibe to life.

Held against the scenic backdrop of the island of Davao, the getaway transformed the destination into a living expression of the Skechers summer lifestyle. The itinerary blended wellness, leisure, and social experiences.
Transforming advocacy into action, and in partnership with the City Environment & Natural Resources Office (CENRO) of Island Garden City of Samal, one of the highlights of the retreat was the “Our Planet Matters Hour.” Here, participants gathered along the shores for a guided coastal cleanup drive aimed at preserving the local coastline, collecting approximately 72 kilograms of waste across the area.
Further, the atmosphere shifted into a vibrant beachfront festivity during the sunset-to-evening summer party. The celebration was shaped to foster genuine connections among attendees, reinforcing the campaign’s belief that the best summer memories happen naturally.
Among those who joined the getaway was one of today’s most recognizable public personalities and digital creators, Isabelle Daza, who brought her own unique summer story and perspective to the experience.
“We wanted this getaway to become more than just a brand event, but a chance for everyone to slow down, enjoy the moment, and truly experience comfort, movement, fun, and connection together,” Coronel added.
