According to a recent Wise survey, nearly half of Filipino MSMEs still rely on traditional banks for overseas payments. Survey methodology
The research was conducted by Censuswide, among a sample of 200 Middle management, with finance responsibilities in organisations with fewer than 50 employees in the Philippines. The data was collected between August 4-8, 2025. Censuswide abides by and employs members of the Market Research Society and follows the MRS code of conduct and ESOMAR principles.
